Q: When is the haunted house open?

A:The haunted house will be open weekends in October and October 31st, every evening Friday and Saturday from 7 PM to 11PM and Sunday 7PM TO 10 PM

Q: When does Kill the Light open?

A: Kill the Light opens on October 13th and remains open every Sunday in October from 7 PM to 10 PM

 

Q: When does the Kids Haunt Day open?

A: Kids Haunt Day is October 26th! It starts at 12 PM and ends at 5 PM

Q:  Where is the haunted house located?

A: 1080 Portion Rd, Farmingville, NY 11738

Q: How much are tickets?

A: General Admission tickets are ONLY $15 dollars and Speed Pass's are only $25! Cash Only at the door or buy in advance online!

Q: Is the haunted firehouse appropriate for all ages?

A: Yes but it may not be appropriate for your child if they are sensitive to horror. There is a kids day event planned for kids who want a more toned down experience. 

Q: Is the haunted house wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes, the haunted house is wheelchair accessible. Please notify staff upon arrival for assistance.

Q: Can I buy tickets in advance?

A: Yes, tickets can be purchased in advance online through our website or at the door/box office during normal business hours(Cash Only)

Q: Are costumes allowed?

A: Costumes are welcome! However, for safety reasons, we ask that you leave any masks or face coverings off while inside the haunted house.

Q: What safety measures are in place?

A: We take safety seriously. There will be fire department personnel on site at all times, and the haunted house is designed with fire safety and emergency exits in mind.

Q: Is there parking available?

A: Yes, there is ample parking available at the fire department and nearby streets.

Q: Can I volunteer to help with the haunted house?

Q: What if I get too scared and need to leave early?

A: No problem! If you find yourself too frightened, just let one of our staff members know, and they will guide you to the nearest exit.

Q: Will there be food and drinks available?

A: Yes, we will have a concession stand with snacks and drinks available for purchase.

Q: How long does it take to go through the haunted house?

A: On average, it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk through the haunted house, but times may vary depending on crowd size.
